Manny spent 25+ years in IT — building systems, leading teams, and solving the kind of problems where you can't hand-wave the details. He brought that same operating discipline to multifamily real estate when he founded Level 7 Capital, where he now manages a 450+ unit portfolio.
Why he built KeptDo
