Account and platform data. If you create a KeptDo account, we store your login credentials, profile information, organization affiliation, user preferences, and the deal documents, files, and underwriting inputs you upload or generate within the platform.

Payment and billing information. Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We retain billing records including subscription tier, billing address, transaction history, and the last four digits of the payment method as provided by the processor.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Services, we automatically collect standard log information including IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent, and interaction events.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, authenticate sessions, analyze traffic, and measure marketing effectiveness. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and deal data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may export your data; we delete your deal data within 30 days of cancellation unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or audit purposes.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
